Christina has over 25 years of comprehensive human resources and business experience within the professional services, healthcare, non-profit, and legal industries.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Certification in Human Resources Management from Cardinal Stritch University (Milwaukee, WI).  

Christina has utilized her diverse skills and experiences providing consulting, advocacy, and support in HR disciplines such as recruitment & selection, performance management, learning & development, succession planning, compensation and benefits, Human Resources Information Systems, and HR data and analytics. 

She thrives on collaborating with diverse businesses across various industries. Her expertise and passion extend to serving some of the following types of organizations:  small to medium sized enterprises, professional service firms, nonprofit and social impact organizations, start-ups, and entrepreneurial ventures.
